Product Information and Pricing

peakhaul Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. If product information, pricing, or availability contains an error, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that naturally vary (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference only; peakhaul Store cannot warrant that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order depends on product availability and acceptance by peakhaul Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. User Responsibilities

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

peakhaul Store reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website.
